Graziano's Downtown Cafe

The food was wonderful. I had the seafood linguini and my partner had the saffron scallops with angel hair pasta. The pasta is freshly made and gloriously springy and chewy and delightful. The seafood with the linguine was fresh and prepared with great skill. The shrimp have heads, so they will look at you when you eat them. The saffron scallops were also excellent, accompanied by a fantastic creamy sauce and angel hair pasta. The portions are large and the people are nice. The space is small and intimate. We went for an early Sunday night dinner (to avoid an excess of other people) and thoroughly enjoyed it, and will go back again for sure.

Absolutely wonderful experience - when we went it was quite busy, and the staff all worked incredibly hard and we felt very taken care of. We went for my birthday and we're so welcomed. More than anything, my GOD is the food wonderful - it was clearly the most authentic and delicious Italian food we've had in ages with very generous portions. The Chef clearly is a master of his craft - We would absolutely recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. Great atmosphere and incredible food. Watching Graziano cook while you eat is wonderful, and he is engaging and charming. Cassandra is delightful and a great server. Go eat here!

What a terrific place in Kingston! Chef Graziano creates every dish with love and care. We explored many dishes tonight - none of them were less than amazing - the polenta and scallops melted in my mouth, the seafood ( prawns and scallops) Fra Diablo had the perfect spicy flavor and the baked cod was nested in a sauce with artichokes and capers. The dessert choices were wonderful - We went with a classic tiramisu - oh boy - light and delicious! Great place and a very attentive staff and welcoming Chef!

Graziano's is undoubtedly the quirkiest restaurant you'll ever step into. The focus isn't on aesthetics; it feels like you've walked into your uncle's kitchen or a cousin's backyard barbecue. The chef, dressed casually in a t-shirt, mans a residential stove, and the outdoor seating—part of which is an open garage—features a mix of old wooden tables and plastic patio sets. We came for a birthday celebration after hearing great things about the food, so the setting caught us off guard at first. But we quickly got over it because the food is mind-blowingly good. In a time when many restaurants prioritize being Instagram-worthy over serving satisfying meals, Graziano's is a refreshing change. We had to wait a bit to get our waitress's attention, but once we did, she was friendly and helpful. We ordered the gorgonzola salad, which was fresh and delicious, with a mix of fruits and veggies that I wouldn’t have thought would go together but made for an incredible dish. We also had the gnocchi and the angel hair pasta with saffron and cream—both were outstanding. We couldn't stop raving about how good everything was. You can tell that a lot of love and care goes into each dish and that every ingredient is fresh. I highly recommend Graziano's to anyone visiting. Just know you're in for a bit of quirk, and if you're looking for fancy, this isn't the place. But for authentic, absolutely delicious Italian food with generous portions, this is the best place to go!

We ate here last night(4/27/25) I was a little shocked with the layout of restaurant upon entering but decided to stay. It was the best meal we have had in a very long time. We will be back. What a hidden gem.

Nice Italian style bistro that has a cute charm that matches the downtown of the area. Hats off to the chef; everything was amazing.

One of the best dining experiences of my life. Chef Graz created a vegan gnocchi concoction on-the -fly with nuts, capers, olives, etc plus fresh herbs that was amazing. So many tastes and surprisingly light. This cozy nook has casual ambience being at a great chef friend’s home in Italy. I will be back!
